One number, updated daily, that tells you how much inflammatory load your last 24 hours added to your body — and where it came from.
How to read it
The FAD Score runs from 0 to 10. Lower is better — it's an inflammatory load score, not a grade. 0–3 is "Feeling Amazing," 4–6 is "Getting By," 7–10 is "Inflamed." The goal isn't a perfect zero every day — it's keeping your 7-day rolling average low and trending down.
Every category below contributes a share of your daily score. These weightings are our current starting model — they'll keep being refined as we gather more outcome data.
The important intellectual property here isn't the app — it's this scoring model. As we validate it against real inflammatory biomarkers (like hs-CRP), expect these weightings to shift.
Log last night's sleep — hours, quality, how many times you woke, and how recovered you feel.
Log meals as you go, or snap a photo. The app estimates sugar, processing level, fibre and omega-3 balance.
Record exercise, alcohol and stress in a few taps — no spreadsheets, no macro math.
THE FAD calculates your score and your AI coach explains, in plain English, what pushed it up or down — then suggests one or two concrete recovery actions for tomorrow.
